Sheet Pan Dinner

  • Assorted veggies, chopped*
  • Sausages
  • Olive oil



1. Preheat an oven or toaster oven to 425 F. 

2. Chop the veggies and arrange on a sheet pan.

3. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

4. Add sausages (if using).

5. Roast for 10-30 minutes; check veggies along the way. Remove veggies as they’re done to prevent burning or overcooking of other veggies.
